6:00pm – 7:00pm – Monday, Wednesday & Thursday
Weekly Weigh-In, Monthly Body Fat Testing & Measurements
4 Week Program $150
Custom Meal Plan – $40 one time fee – *optional

Location – The Trails neighborhood park
Off Queen Creek between Cooper and Gilbert Rd. – Turn south onto Wilson and you will see the park
*Bring your own mat
