Michelle McQuade-Smith
Michelle McQuade-Smith I am a REALTOR® and Operations Manager for the Arizona Realty Group and Resale Broker for the Shea Preferred Program. I am a very proactive person and an excellent communicator and listener. I work diligently to accomplish goals and exceed the expectations of our clients. I am excited to be working with Ben, TJ and Nikki, and I look forward to building relationships through knowledge and authenticity that will last a lifetime!
I’ve been happily married for 29 years to my amazing husband Frank, and we have been blessed with two wonderful daughters. Originally, I am from northern Virginia, outside of Washington, D.C. We moved to Arizona in 2012 from California where we lived for over 22 years.
There are two things that are very important to me. The first is family – after the birth of our girls, I was able to take time off as a grant writer for USC and become a stay-at-home mom and raise our family. The second is giving back to the community, particularly in regards to women and children. To that end, I served as the VP for a California chapter of MOMS Club, Fundraising Chair for the Junior League in La Quinta, CA. I was part of the Women’s Ministries Team at Atascadero Bible Church, chaperoned and volunteered for Girls Scouts of the Central Coast, served as a volunteer at the El Camino Homeless Shelter. Recently, I’ve enjoyed volunteering at the Midwest Food Bank and Feed My Starving Children.
Since coming to AZ I’ve served as an AYSO Soccer Coach, an Art Masterpiece Guide. I’ve volunteered with Foster AZ to educate the public about our overwhelmed foster care system. I served as a team leader for Summer Spectacular at Sun Valley Community Church where it is my great privilege to invest in the spiritual lives of our youth. I started the Neighborhood Watch Program in my community and received the Mayor’s Choice Award for Neighborhood Excellence. I serve on my community’s HOA Board on the Social Committee and run our Getting Arizona Involved in Neighborhoods (G.A.I.N.) community event where our neighborhood partners with local law enforcement. I started our neighborhood Bunco group and we are now in our 12th year together. I also enjoy traveling, scuba diving, reading, playing Hand & Foot, Rummikub and Mexican Train.
