I make this at all the parties I go to and it’s always a hit and most of the time the favorite!!! It’s super easy and super tasty!!!
1 lb Spicy Sausage (like the breakfast sausage in the tube)
2 Bricks Cream Cheese (8 oz each)
2 Cans Rotel (any kind works, I like to switch it up)
Put cream cheese and Rotel in crock pot on high. Brown the sausage and drain, add to crock pot. Stir together and keep it on high for an hour or so (I don’t have an exact time because I never time it, just keep checking to be sure all the cream cheese is melted!) then lower temp to Low or Warm. That’s it, just stir periodically and dig in. I often double it for a bigger crowd.
