I am the only Realtor in the state of Arizona who is a partner with the Department of Energy & The Environmental Protection Agency’s Energy Star & Engineered for Life programs. What this means for you is that I have a continuing education in the energy efficiency issues that are plaguing the Phoenix area building market. I have extensive knowledge about proper insulation techniques, air conditioning units, window installation & efficiency, and many more energy issues.
