Finally national media is catching up with what My Arizona Home Team has been seeing for the last several months. Homes are moving, especially foreclosed homes and short sales! Most have multiple offers on them and are being bid up, especially in the first time buyer price range. This is good and not so good. It’s good in the sense that this helps the overall market.
