The Phoenix Association of Realtors is hoping the Super Bowl will draw prospective home buyers.
President Nate Martinez says with plenty of homes on the market and low mortgage rates, Phoenix is a buyers market that could be enticing to out of town visitors.
There is renewed hope that the tens of thousands of football fans who come to the Valley for the big game will love the weather that Arizona has to offer. Not to mention the world wide exposure of the incredible recreational activities, OK and parties, in Phoenix and the surrounding areas.
With tons of Super Bowl events planned and many more in the works, droves of people will be exposed to Arizona for the fun and excitement that the area was not necessary known for. Many people around the world still feel that Arizona is a hot and dry desert of nothing more than cactus and skeletons. The truth is there is a wealth of water sports and beautiful scenery from desert rock formations to the high pines in the north. Large events such as the Superbowl help to change the minds of thousands of potently buyers.
The hope is that they might decide to invest in a home either as a relocation or just a vacation getaway…and then they will find out why we that live here in Arizona already know…ARIZONA ROCKS!
