Tract Home Builder Changes Design to Meet Needs of Today’s Social Living

Finally a tract home builder has planned a nice design to accomodate a “mother-in-law” suite seperate but connected to the main home.  When considering living arrangements of many households with older parents and yes, adult children, I often times find myself looking for homes with a basement or an additional master bedroom suite to fit the needs of my home buyers.  Most of us know that homes with basements in the Phoenix metro area are far and few between, and looking for an affordable dual master bedroom suite home can sometimes meet the same fate.  Lennar homes, a nice tract builder has come up with a great design that offers spacious main living with seperate “in-law” quarters connected by a single interior door.  This additional home offers a single car garage, full kitchen and living area, nice size bedroom with one bathroom, laundry area, patio and it’s own entrance!
